I enjoy sulky shouty North.
Sabin vs Alexander was joy. I liked the tag partners immediately running over to their respective partners. I did not like tag team dissention between the North!

Madison Rayne and Josh Matthews are really selling quite how weird the Omega on TNA thing is.

I also like Chris Bey being reasonable and o_O at Moose not being.

Deener story works. Because Cody's going off the deep end and Jake's in an impossible position. Madison Rayne is right as usual (about Joe Doering this time). Rhyno to the rescue!

Pancake Day!

(I am taking my joys where I can get them)

I use Delia Smith's pancake recipe (https://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/basicpancakeswithsuga_66226), with a couple of alterations.

- I don't use the leftover melted butter to fry the pancakes, I use sunflower oil, because I find butter-fried pancakes to be too much and slightly sickly, to be honest.

- Because I don't have a ladle, I use 4 spoonfuls of mixture per pancake.

The pancakes come out alright, not as good as my Nan's, but alright. I am slowly learning the patience required to let them cook enough to flip. It is a process that has involved many tasty disasters.
