Now, I didn't mind 'where no man has gone before'* in the quote, but I like that the way they re-wrote it scanned the same way. It's a good way to do it.
*Sainted mither suggests that the reason 'no man' and variations don't bother me is because I started with German where 'man' = 'one', and my lizard hindbrain still works with that.
