Ack! Help please

Does anyone other than the UK use 'get your end away' as a euphamism for sex? If not, as I'm starting to suspect might be the case, anyone know of an American-used euphamism that's slightly jokey?

I will be very, very grateful.

I really don't think you'd want to use this one, but calling sex the "mattress mambo" both makes me cringe and giggle insanely. *g*
