The perpetually unfinished BG James/Billy Gunn fic - "But when it all went sour between Billy and Jarrett - as it was bound to since putting up with Jarrett for more than a month is beyond most everybody - that was when the problems started." Actually, I think I've finally figured out where it goes next, which is good.

Swings And Roundabouts, or the damned first person Jindrak/Orton fic - "I did start wondering if Randy had eaten all of my stash when he was still chilled later on." I'm presently in one of my moods of thinking 'this is terrible' but I will finish it because otherwise it will drive me mad.

Opera's birthday fic, which is finally up to the second half. I just worry about whether I've caught Jericho properly - "You're here to work, Jericho, and to do what I want you to do."

Better Things, James Storm gen-fic, set after the glass bottle of doom (Roode version). In a way it's the third of my fics about the original glass bottle of doom, because it touches on that. I think it needs that section, otherwise it's pointless, but at the same time I'm not sure if it works the way it is. Becoming Part 1, X-Men: First Class, which is probably finished but I worry that I'm not doing Emma Frost justice. I might wait for part 2 to be finished before I publish, because well, see previous - "It was one thing to be told that someone's dreams were filled with horrors; it was another thing to know it." House Arrest, RDJ Holmesverse gen-fic set after the first film, wherein Holmes visits Lord Coward. Again, one I'll finish if I like it or not. The problem is that another putative fic I might want to write, but I'm not sure, and there's a few details that probably belong to that, but they keep splicing themselves into this - "Coward's family estate in Hertfordshire was palatial, with the family house done in Palladian style and garden by Capability Brown."

RDJ Holmes-verse Moriarty/Moran, originally for porn_battle 13 (I think), but somewhat delayed. Part of the problem being that I'm at +800 words and there's still no sign of porn - Moran found himself in a cold, dank London that didn't resemble the city he left.





Perpetually stuck Professionals fic which I really ought to moved into the 'never going to finish' folder - "Coming home from a job last thing on a Sunday night was the worst thing."

Delayed lgbtfest Professionals fic - "Twice in a row could just be one of those things, they'd once had a whole winter of nothing but chasing down gun runners, and if he never saw that particular stretch of warehouses again it'd still be too soon, but a run of four cases like this was pushing that idea to its limits."

Part 2 of a Snape and Draco-centric Potter fic, thoroughly jossed by the Deathly Hallows. I've actually finished this part, I think, while compiling this, but since I can't quite remember what parts 3 and 4 were supposed to do (at least I remember how many parts it was supposed to be, not that it's much help) I'm not sure if I should post it or not - "He needed peace and quiet, no people and preferably a simple potion to brew."

Heinz Mayonaisse ad, again stuck due to research - "And it should have ended there."

Firefly, Zoe-fic, which presently lacks purpose - "It wasn't that she didn't believe in their cause as much as the Captain did, it was never that, she just believed in it differently."

Miss Marple fic, with the same problem - "Eileen Gray ran her right thumb over her left when she was nervous.

Gundam Wing - Delayed lgbtfest fic - "It was a terrible idea even before they graduated."

Yes, Prime Minister - Delayed lgbtfest fic - "It ended because they were both young, ambitious and too busy for private lives, but Bernard had always remembered his relationship with Julian with fondness." I need to re-read my Yes, Prime Minister book to get the rhythm right.

That damn James Bond fic - "The remainder of his time in Cuba had gone, quite literally, with a bang." It has plot/timing/canon issues.

Being Human fic, or the fic whose header is going to be deeply amusing to write - "How could you? He's not like us. He's a good man."

Thor fic, angsty Volstagg fic, because I am a weirdo. Stuck. - "Not even with the golden apples will she live all that long."

Inception, genderswapped Arthur fic - "It takes working with him for about three jobs to make people realise that no, Eames is just an asshole." Stuck.

Chuck, post-series Chuck/Sarah/Bryce AU, temporarily stuck. I will finish this. - "Of course, it's not as simple as that."

Iron Man, Pepper/Coulson fic, thoroughly jossed but I want to finish it because I like the idea behind it - "The thing was, she liked Phil because he was normal."

Weird Alexander the Great modern day AU, which is great fun to write, even if I'm sure it's flying way off the original prompt - "Alex shoved some toast into his mouth, had a couple of swigs of coffee and left the house."

The never-ending Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy fic I'm writing. When I say never-ending, I mean it, it's 2613 words long, and I'm only half way through the first section of 7 - "Jim decided that Bill was exactly what he had been looking for."

Hamlet, Hamlet and Horatio gen for a comment_fic fill - "Anyway, Hamlet had clapped him round the shoulders, and said he liked Horatio, over Rosencrantz and Guildenstern's loud attempts to rescue Horatio from himself."

Another Alexander the Great fic, this one's finished but doesn't seem to go anywhere - "He has ordered wine upon wine and ale upon ale for seven long days, no break, no stopping."
