It's not that I wouldn't consider having plastic surgery, it's that I have an unholy fear of hospitals. Well, it's not quite that bad, but I don't like the idea of having to go into one unless it's vitally necessary.

Most awesomely, boy cousin bought me 'Twenty Years After' (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twenty_Years_After). Also, my Nan bought me, or had me buy on her behalf, Understanding NMR Spectroscopy by James Keeler, which is remarkably comprehensible.
Other people liked the presents I got them, which is also important ;)
Christmas Top of the Pops was great fun to watch. This year might not have had much that will go down as all time classics, but it's average definitely seems better than most.
Boy cousin's attempts at cooking Christmas dinner were successful, even if, for a variety of reasons it tended too close to English Roast Dinner for my taste, but as I wasn't helping with the cooking, I shut up and ate.
Now if only the boy cousin would stop picking on his sister's eating habits (in her absense) I'd even go so far as to say he was being good.
