Lair of the Spiderwoman

On the upside, there's only one spider in my bedroom. On the downside, that's because it's eaten the others and has grown to stupidly large proportions. Not quite the giant spiders of Metebelis 3 but definitely ancestral to them.

I spent last night on the sofa in the living room. It is not comfortable enough.

Will see if I can convince the friends coming over next weekend to get rid of it for me. They have survived Australia, they should be able to cope with non-poisonous spiders.

On less arachnid-ridden matters, would anyone be up for beta reading an X-Men First Class fic for the xmmficathon. It's about half way done and I expect it to be ~ 8000 words when it's finished.

*giggles* Some of us in Australia are just as terrified as you are of spiders. They always want to be friends with the humans and it's like "no, you live outside you creepy bastard!"

That's part of the problem, I don't want to hurt them, I just don't want them as non-paying flatmates.
