But first I need a bit of Ameri-picking, or rather Canadian-picking. Is 'froth-mouthed loony' something that's even possibly going to be said? Suggestions gratefully accepted as I'm aware it sounds more like Regal than anyone else.

With regards to matters Wrestlemania:

Okay fine, WWE, you win.

I still don't care about either title match, but I'll be damned if I don't care about HHH vs the Undertaker.



So, which way do you think it'll go, Edge turning on Christian or Christian turning on Edge?

I only saw the first hour but it contained things which pleased me, by which I mean team Kozlov, Marella (plus girl) plus team Big Show and Kane. It says only bad things about me that they caused me great glee. I'm not sure what I loved more, Kozlov's I'm not cheating face, Marella being himself, Big Show joining in, Kozlov's trumpting becoming less in the face of Kane not joining in, Kane joining in or Big Show's look of happy amazement at Kane joining in.

Also Cole snearingly saying 'I have received a message from the GM on my iPad'.

And then the promos that wouldn't end, but there were moments of fun, like the Undertaker cutting the end off from HHH's intro. Or Shawn Michaels appearing, mostly because nothing undercuts macho bullshit more than someone who prances out to 'Sexy Boy'. So who do we think HBK is going to help to win?

While internally bitching about all of this, I realised I not only had someone who I wanted to win in this match, but for some unknown reason it matters to me that the Undertaker wins. How the heck did that happen?





Matches I don't care about:

Cena vs the Miz - Cena, mostly because I think del Rio is going to win the other one, and one of the two titles has to be held by a good guy.

Daniel Bryan vs Sheamus - I dislike not caring about this. It's full of D. Bryan goodness, and yet, mostly I spend their matches wondering if Daniel Bryan has jaundice or if it's just standing next to Sheamus that causes that effect.

Orton vs CM Punk - What the heck is this doing here? I want to like this, but they've gone and given Orton a family and feelings. Do they not realise this runs counter to everything I like about Randy Orton the character?!

Snooki/John Morrison/Trish vs LayCool/Ziggler - All of us because this match guarantees Stratusfaction. More sensibly, Snooki/Morrison/Trish because the celeb match normally involves the celeb winning.

Michael Cole vs Jerry 'the King' Lawler - Lawler because MC keeps getting the better of him in the lead up. I am, of course, on team sneaky weasel.

Matches I grudginly care about:

del Rio vs Edge - del Rio.

Matches where I actually give a damn:

HHH vs the Undertaker - I have no idea. I think that's what I like about it, either that, or despite my previous affiliation as a Kane fan, I have developed a soft spot for the Undertaker. I can smark-think all I want, but I have no idea which way this is going to go. I hope for an Undertaker victory, I fear HHH will win.

Marella/Kozlov/Kane/Big Show vs the Corre - The Corre. Hell and damnation, but I think the Corre are going to win.

Cody Rhodes vs Rey Mysterio - Rey, I think. I just plan on enjoying this.

Canadians' have nicknamed their dollar coins "Loony" so that may lessen its use in other senses. Feel free to fact check that.
