The pain has gone, the twitch has returned

Give me pain any day. Everytiem I move my arm round, or try to grip something it feels like there's something going pop under the skin. It's more freaky and annoying than anything. Opinion has it that I've pulled something. Might have something to do with the huge amount of stuff I have to carry 'cause lazy friend refuses to cart books in with her.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to combat the injury, or how to write orgies, I'm willing to listen.
