Apparently, the way to avoid pacing problems in the second sex scene in a fic is to not put it in. It's much better in its absence. Fic is still nowhere near ready, one of the problems of taking nearly five years to write a fic is that it's a little uneven, but it's nice to be moving towards the editing stage.

Other than that, there should be a couple more of the 50 Kinky Ways fics done soon.

I'm amazed by the amount of fic for the new Star Trek film, but there's only one story I want to tell about it, and it's Spock after the end of the film. Well actually Original Spock and it's more of a requiem for the real universe.

(Also, have finally figured out who Zachary Quinto reminds me of. It's one of my friend's coworkers who I met one very drunken night.)

I only have one fic I want to write about Wolverine too, and it was going to be a more than mildly pwp-y fic about Remy LeBeau and female OC. It has turned into a mutant politics story.

Other than that, I have the 2 Rome essay-lets, something about fandom and secrets, a response to Opera's rather marvellous post about society and fandom's intersection and a more personal post for tomorrow.

I may well be busy :)
