San Diego here I come

In a week's time I'll be heading to the US for a five day long conference. I get the Saturday off, so is there anything that people would recommend for me to see in San Diego if I only get one day there.

Oh nice! San Diego is a really nice city. :) There is a good Mexican restaurant in the Gaslamp district called Fred's. I would recommend that.
