Just saw the Jools Holland Hootenany. How's this for a line up for the last song.
Robert Plant, Soloman Burke, Tom Jones, the Stereophonics, Chrissy Hynde, Jimmy Cliff, Chas and Dave, Jools himself and his rhythm and blues (old fashioned) orchestra, plus Jeff Beck all singing Hi Ho Silver Lining.
The guitar crush has come back with a vengence.
And Robert Plant singing Shake, Rattle and Roll has to be one of those odd things that make life worthwhile. I always said he was a corrupted RnB singer.
