Due to the rugby you are spared a certain amount of emo from me. Insofar as the rugby goes, the buggers at the review board have given Jerry Flannery (who, given that Ireland are stupidly going with Eoin Reddan instead of Peter Stringer, is my favourite Ireland player, may BOD and Doncha forgive me) an eight week ban that rules him out of the 6 Nations.
