Both Rebecca (biorhythm) and Twig (angstbunny) have previously posted about the strange new fad sweeping the sanitary towel world - the scented wipe. I, like the rest of the commenters thought that this was a very silly idea. Due to extreme emergency situations I've had to try towels that come with the silly wipes out and, well, they smell funny. Vaguely apricoty or peachy but decidedly artificial. They're also so lightly scented I doubt that they could cover up jack.

Like, I don't deny that a wipe can come in handy, but scenting those things is really too much, especially when they smell AWFUL. Positively FOUL. Gargh.

I think some of this is just in my head but even the thought of smelling some sort of fake fruity/flowery scent makes me ITCH. Bah, I say!
