Short version -

life sucks
I appear to be the last grown-up on this sinking ship
I've given up alcohol
apparently I only help societies out because the stress they give me makes work stress seem like nothing.

Fucking hell, it's all just argh! I'm worried and annoyed and really wish I was one of those people who could burst out into tears and I just can't, and argh!
