Twilight Zone fic ramble

I've nearly got part 2 done, and I'm starting to work on part 3. I'm trying to decide which way round I want the last 2 sections. Way 1 is clear, linear and an obvious happy ending.

Way 2 is less clear, unlinear and way more ambiguous, I'd say it was happy, but I could see why people could say that it wasn't.

Trouble is I prefer way 2. So I'm going with it, wanting a happy ending or not.
