The gym thing is going well, if we ignore that I've done the interesting thing to my wrist again, which I am. The other problem is that the weight doesn't go from the places it needs to go, my stomach, back and bottom, but from useful places like my face and hips, and I need my hips to keep my trousers up. But never mind.

Lab thing is all going wrong, enjoying it though. All I want is one PCR reaction to go right.

A local to home 6th form college is the best in the country and Leicester is the 16th best uni in the country and the 153rd best in the world. Which is cool.

1. Number One OTP that is truly THE ONE TRUE PAIRING (withstanding the test of time and fandom whoring): Gambit and Rogue. Sorry, it is my OTP. I'm one of those fans that drives other fans crazy by saying they're meant for each other despite the issues (hell I'd say because of those issues)

2. Your OTP today: Right now, I'm not sure, I tend to stick to mine.

3. Baby’s first OTP: Gambit and Rogue. Like since before I know about 'shipping and the attendent baggage. The first romance I actively liked and didn't make me make sick noises.

4. That Rare Pairing that you Love: Okay it's not so rare round the parts of LJ that I lurk in but Florton.


5. OTP that you’d go to bat for in Wank Situation: Ric/Randy. Actually most of them. I'm loyal.

6. Number One Anti-OTP, the pairing you hate with a fiery passion: Spike/Buffy. I love Spike, I like Buffy. They're just wrong together until Spike stops being he who puts people on pedestals and Buffy sorts her issues out. Also, hello, Spike-Dru 'shipper here.

7. Character you pair off with almost anyone: Jericho. Gambit.

Stargate: Not my show.
Atlantis: Don't have one. Heck I'm only up to programme 4 in the show, I haven't had time for one to develop.
The X-Files:Mulder and Scully, can't argue with the classics.
CSI: Yay though verily I enjoy some screwed up pairings: Gil/Greg, Calleigh/Hagen (sorry, they're cute), Flack and either Danny or Aiden.
Firefly: Zoe and Wash, Simon and River (sorry, they're my sick pairing of choice) and Mal and Inara (I was yelling 'just kiss her already' far too often).
Harry Potter: Snape/Lupin (again with the up-screwed), Ron and Hermione (who are just doomed, doomed, doomed to turn into Mr. and Mrs. Weasley)
Final Fantasy: Not my game.
Crossover: Not really into crossovers but I'm working on Captain Jack Harkness and Captain Jack Sparrow.

Marat/Andy Roddick -

-If the press think that Marat looks devilishly handsome when he's on the court, they should see him smirking at the other side of a table when he's trying to seduce you.-

The next sentence would be - Fat chance of him succeeding. -

Rafa - The kid could be something. Okay, I realise he's already something, French Open champ, but I mean like Federer something. I've thought that ever since I saw him at 16, all hair and checkerboard bandana. I didn't realise quite how powerful he'd get, but he always had beautiful (and I mean beeeaauuutiful) strokes. Especially after the 1990s were dominated by big servers with nothing else in their games it's nice to see someone like him and Federer who's serves aren't huge weapons (I don't know Rafa's stats, but I know Federer only gets like 53% of his points from serves.). I quite like how he has is own individual style, much though others don't, and McEnroe needs never to wear the Pirata shorts.

I also like his attitude, the way when he got beaten on grass his reaction was 'I will build a grass court and learn how to play on grass'. It's the right attitude and will get him a lot further than just talent will.

Jericho and Gambit, they're just so prettyful and flirt with everything that moves.

Of course Dumbledore told him to do it. It's the only explanation that makes sense.

and Rafa <333 I love that there are players out there who can you know...RALLY!!!! Roger does it, Rafa too, Andy's...learning too and Marat is Marat and therefore the sex god and it doesn't matter how he plays.

Jerky and Gambit are just Slutty McFlirtys.

Because Snape just can't be plain evil...after what he did in the first 5 books, no sense does it make for him to be plain evil.

Rallying is good. In many ways Roger and Rafa need to while Andy and Marat don't 'cause of height and wingarmspan.

Like I was saying to the quiz bunch, all kiddie books have a moral, even if it isn't immediately apparent, and HP's seems to be 'everyone deserves a second chance' and 'things aren't always as they seem'. It makes no sense if these two aren't applied to one of the three characters that this used to get applied to the most often (the others being Black and Lupin).

Simon Diamond/Dawn Marie (timeline Dawn Marie on Smackdown/Simon Diamond on TNA)-

It's not even seeing her walk out the door, it's that I never see her walk in.

James Storm - I like him. I like him lots. Okay to be honest I love him to pieces, he's half of my favourite tag team and they've actually managed to have me chanting 'USA' at them. I don't see why people seem to think he'd vanish without trace when there's that day that AMW split, personally I think he's more charismatic than Harris (no diss intended on the other half of AMW, just an opinion). But that's the thing, I compare them to one another, refer to them relation to the other, they're a brilliant tag team because they work together and I don't want them split up.

(Um sorry about that meander off the topic.)

But yes, I like him lots, if the icon isn't a clue.

Hehehehee. You know what? I've kinda warmed up to AMW as a tag team, but I'm still severely unimpressed with Chris Harris. I like James Storm now though. Dammit. I think people say he'll be the Marty Jannetty of AMW because Harris has the more marketable look and doesn't have the thick accent.

It pretty much carries on in that vein. Something about how he can't even say that the bed is still warm from her because she's not been here for two days and he'll be gone the day before she gets back.

The warming up to them makes me happy. I can see what you mean about Harris, I mean, lord knows I love him, but sometimes it's like, it's called a reaction, Chris, they're useful for the audience to remember which one of the two of you is which.

Small confession that it took me a couple of months to remember which one of AMW was which, which since it only took me about 1 to tell the Basham brothers apart might suggest that Harris and Storm don't look that different to each other. As to the accent, a stupidly thick accent never held AJ Styles (or Dusty Rhodes) back much ;)

Warrick/Sara (sorry, if it's not that good, it's not a pairing I've thought much about. Also hopefully this doesn't count as a spoiler.)

- She'd been wrong about him, she'd been wrong about a lot of things, there was every chance that his gambling problem was about as much of a problem as her drinking one, a huge one and a non-existant one at the same time.

Character opinion: Catherine - You did go for the difficult option, didn't you. I mean, I know I'm supposed to like Cathrine, especially in the early days, she was the "human" one compared to Gil "the machine" Grissom, except that I watch for the science and I'm a nerd myself so I prefer the nerdy characters (this extends to the other 2 shows as well, where Horatio and Danny are my least favourite characters). But she does well in what must be a difficult situation, teenage daughter and job on the night-shift. Not a good combo since I suspect that means that she doesn't get to see a lot of Lindsey. So I can see why she might want to go onto the day-shift as a supervisor, but I can see why Gil is worried about that, if you're a supervisor you have to be above everyone, apart, which Gil doesn't have many problems with but I could see Catherine having problems with.

Pairing: Chris/Trish - Everyone knows she's got a great little laugh, it even used to be on her entrance theme, but when she smiles and laughs just for me, it's extra-special.

Character Opinion: Heidenreich - Okay, I haven't seen any WWE wrestling for a while so I can comment on the tag team I have been told not to call Legion of Doom, but I do like him. In an industry over-run with big people he does at least do it differently. Even when he was so obviously the replacement for Brock Lesnar, he did it differently. Possibly because he had to because he's less obviously built than say Brock or Batista. He does loony very well, but needs to be kept away from poetry forever ;)
