redfiona99Foot is actually okay-ish now, might take the strapping off tomorrow. Nose isn't too bad either, no bruising anyway.
Note to self - there is no point writing a reply fic to the idiots at the SML who don't like Stacy Kiebler, just because she's been paired up on TV with 'their' Randy.
I mean, part of it is a characterisation disagreement, because, and this is all very much IMO, Stacy doesn't screech or shriek. Now that's not 'cause I like her, because I love Victoria, but I could live, more than live, with a fic that had her screeching, because she does. As does Ivory. But Stacy, no.
Part of it is also because I'm sadly sold on the pairing thanks to one of Mynx's fics.
Fic thoughts part the second - I'm almost scared to ask what Jindrak has been wearing/doing to 'cause JBL to call him metrosexual. I also blame Twig for the fact that the only person I will ever be able to associate that word with is Jarrett.
Fic thoughts part the third - very, very bad thoughts. Of the Teddy Long/Jindrak kind. Like I said, very bad thoughts.

And people thing characterization has no place in a wrestling fic.

Date: 2005-02-04 09:41 pm (UTC)The worst of it is that wrestling fic, good wrestling fic, probably needs it more than most because to the uninitiated it's one oily guy in shorts grabbing hold of another oily guy in shorts, characterisation is needed to tell them apart.
