Well WWE seem to be getting rid of half of their female roster, unfortunately it seems to be most of the good half.
Not to mention that of all the people that I missused in the 'Kisses' series Dawn Marie and Nunzio are the only ones left. Yeah that kinda freaks me out too. A small tiny, horribly hopeful part of me wants to see a Thrillers reunion somewhere but given that O'Haire seems to have given up wrestling I am not hopeful.
I would like to know what WWE are up to though.
There was a comedic take on the whole election starring and generally written by Rich Hall who is a very funny man. And yet it explained to me a lot more about Republicans (and by extension most of the right)than serious news programmes have. Now I'm a die-hard leftie so to me the idea of a National Health Service is a very good thing. Everyone deserves to have free health treatment. In return they pay the government money. All fair and all that.
And on this programme there was a Republican gent and he just couldn't see why there needed to be an extension to the government funded healthcare system. And I suddenly realised that the problem isn't one of stupidity or slight meanness, it's one of not understanding. If we, the left, can, instead of harranguing the slightly right wing, actually show them that there is a reason for what we believe in - free schooling, healthcare and the like - we might actually get there some day. And before someone mentions that we already have it in the UK that is true but the majority are centre-right and Blair is chasing after them by catering to them and trying to privatise the NHS.
Ooh now that actually made sense for once. Must be a side effect of nearly being 20.
