For the first and probably only time in my life I'm going to give you all some good advice. Never, no matter how panicked you feel, ever attempt to downward inside forarm block an upper cut.

2 questions

1 - for a fantasty football (soccer) team - do I go with Rooney or Darren Bent as my temporary replacement for Thierry Henry? Sure Bent has more points right now and all of Charlton's efforts will probably go through him, but Rooney's more likely to get key contribution points.

2 - The Wrestling Channel use a really cool tune for Christopher Daniel videttes. Trying to find out what it is has defeated me and my googling abilities. I live in hope that someone on here recognises it. I've only got a bit of the lyrics
