An update

Looking back on it, I have just realised I didn't update with "everything is alright" after the low iron episode. Everything is fine! Doctors checked me out, haemoglobin is pretty much where it ought to be, folic acid was low so was put on 3 months of folic acid, to be rechecked once the three months is up :)
