While I call my gym for everything, including the position of the second of the two hanging leg raise torture racks, I must say the people are lovely. I forgot my water bottle there on Monday and on Wednesday, it was still there and untouched.
Do we know which of the gym influencers (gymfluencers?) recently recommended hanging leg raises, because recently it's been harder to get on to the hanging leg raise device than to get time on the bench press benches.
I'm at that fun stage where the lifts are coming together, and I'm now seeing people doing cool exercises and going "maybe I could try that?" And it's like, "brain, we will get injured."
So the plan is to stick with my routine while I'm riding the crest of this wave, and once I plateau, then to try to cool exercises.
