Onto happier news, I have managed to hit a new PB for my bench press. 30 kg x 10 reps! Yay! And my deadlift is almost back to where it was before my back injury. Somehow, despite everything, I may well hit most of my fitness goals for the year.

That's awesome! It's really hard to exercise with depression, so I'm really impressed that you're not just going but meeting goals!

Thank you. I'm really lucky because I get a great kick out of it so I find going makes life so much easier :)
