Revenge has suckered me back in

I admit I had been avoiding it as I thought it was being dragged out (and having read spoilers for the rest of the season, I still thank that) but the blurb mentioned Nolan, and more importantly Nolan and 4th Season Spoiler interacting and, well, I am nothing if not easily tempted.



Because yowch!

And I am even more in love with Nolan than before because, even if he obviously couldn't say anything on camera, you could understand him telling David, a man he looks up to and loves (for your choice of values for that), when they're alone. And Nolan doesn't, because he doesn't want to hurt Emily and !! <3 !!

He'd rather have David think terrible things of him than break a secret and as I said, I am keyboard smash over Nolan, again.

And then David thumps him, and of course Nolan doesn't fight back, because that's not his way, he just crumples (and seriously, Gabriel Mann deserves some shiny awards just for his physical acting) and shouts at David instead and then Emily turns up to turn his world upside down.

And I am hooked again.


joanne_c, I don't know if you're still watching, but the last 15 minutes of Damage are worth watching.

Still watching. I think we're behind, and I think this one is next week. I sort of took a peek at the recording of the one that was on tonight and there was some Nolan and David interaction (which I couldn't not see with shipping goggles) and yes. Nolan loves David. The way is certainly open to many interpretations, but one can't not see that. The reason I'm pretty sure it's next week is that there was no thumping I noticed and I'm sure I would have.

I needed to come and react because it was so amazing! Poor Nolan, not able to tell David the truth. At least it only took a couple of weeks for David and Emily to meet and figure things out in real time.

Also I am so, so shipping David/Nolan. I always thought I would if David was alive - more so than I did when he was dead, at least. Nolan just has such unfortunate taste in romantic partners (even if I did sort of like Patrick), David honestly looks like a good proposition.
