Date: 2012-09-07 08:16 pm (UTC)Secondly, given the schedule wrestlers are on, he'd never be home, and when he was, he'd probably be in the gym (and probably looking at himself in the mirror a lot).
Thirdly, he has a terrible temper (and a doctor's note to prove it). One person with a temper in any given relationship is bad enough, two of us is just asking for trouble.

2 - I suspect him of being a lech. You don't end up being the Rated R Superstar by accident.
3 - Have you seen how badly he treats his exes?! Vickie, queen of all our hearts, is evidence of this.

21 - Self-rec: What's your favorite fanwork you've created?
Is disturbingly easy (and very tl;dr). Walking In These Shoes - http://redfiona99.livejournal.com/545149.html (Iron Man filmverse, only canon compatible with the first film, Tony/Pepper).
I think it's because when I write I've got two aims, I've got the story I want to write, and then there's the technical stuff I want to achieve.
With Walking In These Shoes I had a very clear idea of what story I wanted to write, literally from the minute I saw the prompt.
I also wanted to make sure it felt like an Iron Man film (or possibly the opening quarter of an Iron Man film) so there had to be action and stuff exploding going on in the background for Tony to do, which is where the sub-plot with the Mandarin came from. I swear most of why I like the fic comes from being able to pull that off.
