This is actually one of my favourite versions of this carol.

There was an interview on Parkinson, some time ago now, where he was talking with Lesley Garrett, who was at music school with Annie Lennox (and Dave Stewart), and she said that they were amongst the odd people studying early music. You know when something suddenly makes everything else make a lot more sense. That was the moment for me and Annie Lennox's music.
