Any non-adobe PDF reading software you recommend because Adobe PDF Reader (and only that, out of all Adobe's products) is refusing to install on this computer.

Sumatra is pretty good, and free.
Foxit Reader gets good recommendations (but I've never used it)

You didn't say what OS you're using, but if you're on Linux, Okular is good and what I'm using (because it came with my distro).
