I love this song, and yet I can't listen to it too often, otherwise a certain dampness round the eyes ensues. The narrator's just so old and tired and full of longing. It's beautifully heartbreaking.

Other than that, the changes to the presentation are moving along at a nice clip, and my housemates have become even more childish. Yes, I didn't think that was possible. The housemate's girlfriend has now not invited housemate O to her birthday drinks at Bar Dos. I am likely to be next on the hitlist as I can't make it due to my presentation tomorrow. 'Perfectly good excuse,' I hear you say. Unfortunately, she's not always so much with the rational.
