It's not that I don't like comedy, it's just that I'm a bit picky and so I end up waiting for things to be recommended and getting them checked out so that they don't have things like the comedy of embarrassment or Ricky Gervais. Also, Ben Stiller is normally a warning sign.
Despite this, I love Zoolander, and Arrested Development and Fawlty Towers, so yeah, it's pretty much hit and miss, but I have learnt to be careful. Thankfully, my friends don't object to me asking what random line references when I haven't seen it :)
