I the general chaos of last week, I forgot to mention the evidence that my RL friends are awesome. Two of them got me an unbirthday present of Brimstone on CD. Downloaded yes, but given that they haven't given it a DVD release, entirely justifiable to my mind.

The question is this - in the UK, if you say a doctor is from or has his surgery on Harley Street, it automatically means he's posh, renouned and generally v. good and is raking money in. Is there a similar thing in the US? A very prestigeous uni for doing medicine at will do at a pinch.

Harvard Med is the no. 1 med school in the U.S., if that helps.
