Mobile Phones
Jan. 14th, 2009 11:50 amSo I have a new phone. I didn't particularly want one but the old one, or rather its battery, had started doing wierd things, like not truthfully depicting how much juice it had left, and after the 20th call were I'd been left hanging with a gone dead phone after it had assured me that it was full, or at least not near empty, I decided to get a new one. I stayed with O2 because I really cannot be bothered learning a new number, which also meant I had a thankfully reduced number of phones to choose from. I've ended up with a Sony T303, and it's the girliest phone in existence. It comes with sock and it's own jewellery (the sock doesn't beat my project student who has a sheep Fernando Alonso one).
Of course, I can't use it and swapping the sim has removed the various phone numbers I had stored on it. The not being able to use it has lead to great amusement for my housemates, who have taken to shouting suggestions as I hold it the wrong way up etc.
On an unrelated but housemately tip, Lego Star Wars for the Wii looks like great fun.
