2) the missingness of a particular piece of paper, it's not important, merely sentimental. Annoyedness has increased exponentially as the only reason it's missing is because I tidied up. Tidy does not work for me.

I think cleaning in general is a poor idea. Mess is so much comfier and you eventually get everything you're looking for mixed in with your dirty laundry, which you know you'll have to rifle through at some point.
