redfiona99Excalibur was it's usual self which is to say that various scrapes were got into, fencing was done and Leicestershire and Rutland won nothing.
Highlights include getting lost in Bath, having to wait for 4 hours for the Loughborough contigent to turn up despite said detour, finding out I was doing epee (damn you Mr. Nick), Alice's exact age, me and Penzy being blanket hogs, the grand pizza incident, Disco sleeping on a hill, it all being Smitty's fault (which surprises none of us) and elder B managing to smack his head on a spool.
You'll notice how little that has to do with fencing. There's a reason L&R do so badly. Cornwall turned up with their own armourer and masseuse.
But yes, much fun was had by all.
