Hockey peeps, I need you help.

1) Has David Aebischer actually been playing badly enough to be waivered?
2) Are the rumours of said waivering true?

The rumors are indeed true, he was shipped down to the AHL affiliate in San Antonio yesterday.

From what I saw, he didn't really get much of a chance to play bad, because he only played one game. They're saying the other two goalies stepped up a little more, which I saw a little of. I personally would've ditched Tellqvist, but I'm not Wayne Gretzky, so I don't get to make these decisions *G*.

That's the thing, I have no idea how Phoenix are doing, but he's not a bad goalie. Then again I'm of the strange opinion that you shouldn't ditch a goalie after one game.
