Some further thoughts

Ianto can read me bible verses any time he wants. Really.
More Owen love. The scene where he leaves and reveals he's going to get ret-conned and as he enters the lift are pretty much perfect. Because he's Owen and lashes out when he feels bad, and Jack is the worst leader ever and gah! Much love with how heartbroken Owen is to leave, because it conveys how much working at TW means to him, because, under the jack-the-lad tendencies, he's a workaholic nerd.
And the hug at the end between him and Jack is all forgiveness and I love that that's where they went with it, because that's what people are like, they yell and scream and fight and love each other despite it. Ditto Gwen and Jack. PS: Can I also send more love to Eve Myles for what was a bang up job in this episode?
Until disproved by further TW canon, and how glad am I that we've been promised more, I'm claiming that as Jack and Ianto's first kiss. All seize the day and all that jazz.
