I'm sorry but there's just a limit on the number of times I can hear 'but biology isn't a proper science, and is nowhere near as good as physics (nothing is)' before my kill urge occurs. We're talking the axe to head kill urge.

What is it about physicists that makes them think their subject is the be all and end all of everything. Grr!

The other housemate, who is moving out at the end of the year, is lovely and adorable and if she kills me, as she is entirely entitled to do, I ask you to stand up in her defence and tell the court that I'm the worst, most messiest housemate ever.

Went to see Happy Feet yesterday

Because it wasn't that funny, but, at the same time, how many children's films feature the UN. I totally see why the Christian right thinks it's brainwashing leftie propaganda - dance to the beat of your own drum and you might save the world. Also your elders aren't always right.

I totally fell for the pebble collecting penguins. Even if they were stereotypes, and I kept expecting them to yell 'Viva la raza' instead of mambo.

The animation was wonderful too.

The fact that the ONLY employment they will find is teaching said subject in University. I speak only the truth!!

I thought it might be. I keep being assured that they can find gainful employment elsewhere but I refuse to believe it.
