The form cut me off, and mine is a bit of a long answer:

Washroom if it's a public facility (ie: in a mall), bathroom if it's private (ie: my own house or somebody's private residence), but I have a tendency to mix the two up anyway. I'm from BC, Canada.

I think most people in the united states refer to a personal or home WC as just "the bathroom." Public are either "the restroom" or "the ladies/men's room"

At home, we refer to "going to Marineland" and the bedroom bath as "Marineland of the Pacific." I know this started on on of those long ago weekends when we had a housefull of company, but I no longer remember why....

Sorry, that was badly worded :) Loo is for non-polite, bathroom is for polite.
