The Good: I'm pretty certain the foul moods I've been in in the mornings have been due to low blood sugar.
The bad: Still means I'm a pretty unpleasent person, given what I've been thinking in said moods
The ugly: Have gained wait. Am therefore stepping up the gym thing.
PhD:
The Good: Am now definitely getting it.
The Bad: £3,300 tuition fees
The Ugly: Is there some universal rule that the one person who knows about things, like for instance if it's me or the uni that pays my tuition fees, is always the one person absent when you need them.
Holiday:
The Good: Danny is recruiting people to go diving with him in Egypt.
The bad: I probably can't go.
The ugly: I really want to.
More general:

The wrestling channel are selling TNA dvds again. This is good. One of them is a best of the X-division one, that goes up to the end of 2003, I think. I, of course, want.
Am once again struck by the feeling that I view characters totally differently from everyone else - case in point, Jack Harkness, who whatever else he may be, scares me, because he has, if not a death wish, then at least an unnervingly easy come, easy go attitude to his own existance.
