- found a replica of the necklace that Nan got me for my 18th that has mysteriously vanished.
- Mother told me that, should I end up in a semi-permenant relationship with anyone, I should feel free not to bring them home and introduce them to the family. Yes, even Mother thinks my family are that bad.
- Even better, Mother seems to know that I'm bi without me telling her, and doesn't seem to mind. Yeah, I know I'm all grown up now so it shouldn't matter to me, but my Mum's approval does matter to me. Plus I hadn't come up with a way of telling her. She's been very careful to always say "bring a person home" or "boyfriend or whatever", instead of bring a boyfriend/him home.
- Eyes haven't got any worse so still no need for glasses.
- Have more of my shampoo and conditioner of choice - really, anyone with curly/frizzy hair, I recommend Sunsilk. Other than that, when I get back to Leicester, it's getting cut short again, I've remembered why I hated having long-ish hair.
- Got to go to ju-jitsu, will hopefully ache in the morning.
The only downside is people keep expecting me to do as I'm told and since I'm living out at uni, I'm kind of used to following my own way of doing things.
Will probably start back on fic writing tomorrow since I'm starting my revision then.
I'm still whinging about there being so few WWE tag teams because most of my fics need tag team dynamics, and I'm not switching them all over to TNA because I don't know enough about most of the tag teams there.
The trouble is I can't just stick this idea I've got with any of the Evolution pairings because it requires one of them to have a lack of self-confidence and that's one thing that none of the Evo lot lack. That's one of the things about writing wrestling fic, I've always imagined you need a lot of self-confidence to become a wrestler so I can't see them suddenly hesitating over things.
So I am being forced to write Cole/Tazz, and I don't want to because I can't write Tazz to save my life. But, thankfully, Cole's the main character and I write nerdy dweeb a lot better.
