I live.
Can of mad panicky about my future because apparently if you want to get a research job it helps to do a year in industry and of course there's like 2 weeks to fill out the application forms and stuff. And then there's interviews. And of course the company I would love to work for don't have an application form so I have to write a CV and my CV writing ability sucks. And those probably have to be sent through the dude in charge who I'm pretty certain dislikes me for some unknown reason.
So yes. I mean research is what I've always wanted to do. It's kind of funny because I was talking with Nuf and Nat and they'd got the whole husband and kiddies thing worked out down to the year, and only have some amorphous goal of some kind of work, whereas I have no grand gene passing on plan, I just want to work in a research lab.
Other than that, the Amnesty thing is going well, we had way more people turn up than expected and lots of them seem really interested and proactive. Which is good.
We've figured out how to work the shower. Also good.
On the bad side, I despise the AMW wallpaper that TNA have available, and every other picture of them seems to kill the uni computer system for the terminal I'm on. Anyone got any suggestions?
