Feb. 5th, 2016 01:15 amI like EDM as much as the next person (as long as that person is not my friend P who adores EDM) but it's terrible for doing cardio to. All the things that make it interesting, the odd time signatures, the beat brakes, the bass squelch, mean you can't get a rhythm going.
