I can cope with your incompetence, your lackadaiscalness, your general attitude that I, a mere minion, am not important enough to earn replies to my e-mails. That's all fine. It will come to bite you in the back one day, but I am not going to do anything about it.
However, when you take money out of my pay packet and then do not provide the service, then you are going to discover that my tolerance has limits, and you have breached it.
