The DVD has arrived.

Yes, I know, a grand extravagance, but I thought, since I'd downloaded all the episodes and enjoyed two of them (and bits of the third), I ought to buy it. See, people who don't believe in file-sharing, I buy if I like what I download.

From the DVD extras, it looks like the production crew are choosing to ignore episode 2 as well.
