Films and Computer Games

Finally saw Brokeback Mountain.

( Much like Jane Eyre, I'm aware it's good, it's just not the film for me )

I also got to play Fable II on my friend's Xbox, which I enjoyed a lot more. It's a fun little game (or rather big game) and the controls are easy enough to pick up even for the computer-gamely challenged such as myself. And the voice acting is fabulous. All hail Zoe Wannamaker.

Life is variable

Stuff in the lab is not working, but a presentation I had to give went okay.

However, was re-reading some posts I made to Twig about Ultraviolet and went to look on Amazon to see what else Joe Aherne had done (several of my favourite sci-fi/fantasy things, as it turns out) only to find that the 2 Disc Ultraviolet set was £7.97, with free packaging. My DVD collection has just increased.
