(no subject)

In light of Derren Brown's coming out (with usual disclaimer of the Sun lies sometimes) and my continuing brain crush on him, I am reminded of one of my Mother's moments of extreme awesome.

At work, she and her collegues were discussing celebrities they find attractive and my Mother mentioned Colin Jackson ( Picture under here )

To which her collegues reply that how can she, given that's he's gay (again with the disclaimer of public opinion is often wrong)? Mother's reply being 'what does that matter, he's really attractive'. She doesn't understand her collegues point of view at all given that he wouldn't sleep with her even if he were straight so why is that a problem.

My Mother, she roxors.

The mouse is winning

It's in the kitchen now, and although I have no evidence, I strongly suspect that it has a new friend. Bugger!
