It's that time of year again
Sep. 23rd, 2006 05:29 pmX-men movieverse ficathon posting time
I wrote this:
Line in the Sand (1/1)
Morlock Ensemble (Callisto, Arclight, Quills) gen-fic
http://community.livejournal.com/xmmficathon/55478.html?#cutid1
It was an interesting process, I'm still not sure if I went far enough with my analogy or too far, and the writing is uneven. Also, Lizzie's beta threw up some interesting issues with my writing, inabilty to keep to a tense and misuse of punctuation being the most serious. Also, I have amusing capitalisation problems, given that I capitalise Mother and Father but not god. I'm not sure what this says about me.
And had this written for me:
The Man On The Flying Trapeze (Gen, PG)
http://community.livejournal.com/xmmficathon/50978.html?view=609570#t609570
It's Warren-fic and is exactly what I wanted, which, given how vague what I requested for was, is amazing in and of itself. The actual fic is even more amazing. Go read and love.
