Jul. 21st, 2005 08:41 pmI am in the sad state of having to write fanfic because there is nothing on TV. Woe is me - not.
Spent most of the day doing nothing - did finish a digest that showed 1) the plasmids and the restriction enzymes work and 2) I am not incompetant. Despite the whole falling off a step in front of my supervisor thing.
Also grew some bacteria up. Unfortunately they were weedy bacteria so I have huge doubts as to whether they'll grow in the flask that they're now supposed to be growing in.
