redfiona99I watch Relic Hunter whenever its on (yes, I have awful taste in TV programmes) and in one of the recent ones 'All Choked Up' Claudia Christian was guest starring. (So I'll admit I do watch it to see which mighty person has been brought low this week).
Anyway, I noticed two things,
1) Boy does she look different out of uniform.
2) The subtext was very well text. First scene a husband puts the mind controlling choker on his unwilling bride. Next we see Carson Inez (Claudia Christian's character) putting it on Sydney. And then Carson keeps touching Sydney way too often and way too much in the wrong sort of places. Add in that she's an Athena worshiper, and either I'm seeing things that aren't there, or the writers were up to something.
Anyhow, it was a good ep, plus I got to see her serene magnificence on TV again, so I'm happy.
Especially since I now have a way round there being no Vestal Virgins in Ancient Greece. (Types away at the plot)
