ORLANDO, Fla. – Garrison Cade & Mark Jindrak may not have won the World Tag Team Championship tonight, but they were thrilled to be making their WWE pay-per-view debut.

For Cade, it was his debut on a pay-per-view of any kind.

“I’m glad it’s over,” Cade said after the Tag Team Turmoil Match. Asked if he was nervous, he said. “Not nervous. But it’s a big deal. It makes me feel like all the hard work we’re putting in … it’s all starting to come together.”

Cade remembers the day that he first got pay-per-view capabilities, just in time for Royal Rumble 1991.

“You know I’ve watched every pay-per-view since then?” Cade said. “Every one.”

Jindrak appeared on a handful of WCW pay-per-views and also made a cameo at WrestleMania X-Seven, sitting in the WCW luxury box. But tonight was his first in-ring action on a WWE extravaganza.

“It was the first of many,” Jindrak said. “It’s a different feeling than RAW. There’s more on the line, more anticipation, more butterflies and more of a sense of accomplishment.

“Cade and I got a taste tonight. It tasted good. We’re looking forward to more at Royal Rumble and WrestleMania.”

Michael Moorer attends
Former heavyweight boxing champion Michael Moorer attended Armageddon tonight. The southpaw said he has been to several shows and has met several Superstars over the years. Today, he came because he has mutual friends with Mark Jindrak.

“Being an athlete, you come out and support athletes,” Moorer said. “It was a hell of a show. It’s always a hell of a show.”

Moorer became World Heavyweight Champion in April 1994 – the first lefthander to do so – when he defeated Evander Holyfield in a majority decision. He lost the title to George Foreman that November. He holds a career record of 39-2 (his other loss was to Holyfield in 1996, when he dropped the IBF title) with 31 knockouts.

Moorer said his next fight is Jan. 17 in Hollywood, Fla.
