redfiona99Finally getting to see 'Run Lola, Run'. Or rather I'm taping it to watch tomorrow because I fully intend to drink up every detail. Because as with a lot of Thomas Twyker's films it's the idea as much as anything that I'm into.
Plus hello there's Franke Potenka. With red hair. Running.
And it's in German which is such a lovely language.

Victoria Baths won the Restoration thing. But more importantly, the little Shetland croft will be saved too.
Oh and in the final, Laurence L-B once again stole the show. Or nearly, I think it may have been a tie between him and the brass band.
Okay even not knowing the results, I guessed that Evolution would be the surprise partners.
BTW whoever said the beginning of Christian's theme was the same as Evolutions was right. Catch Heat if you can, Christian v Val Venis is a decent match. Decent programme, although slightly spoilt by a lack of Victoria or Stevie. That and Jindrack and Cade are midget wrestling again. (Sorry, I think it is just that J and C are really tall that causes that effect)
Okay, if they're not going to use RVD as Kane's main opponent can they find something else for him to do, and have Kane go destroy someone else. (Okay so I'm a huge Kane fan, and I write Kane/RVD but I'd like to see him do something to some purpose.)
On to Smackdown and mainly because of it's reduced length in the US, and the street fight being madly cut over here, the whole show seemed a little disjointed.
In short - cruiserweights yay, Shaniqua yay, Dawn Marie's bum in a thing of beauty. APA yay.
Random O'Haire arm is good. (Actually, I may have to re-watch SD to see if he actually got to say anything)
I hate matches like the street fight because of the potential for serious injury. That being said, the rap beforehand was nicely vicious, the parts of the match not actually cut out were good in the 'oh my word that had to hurt' way. Oh and Eddie rocks beyond all known rockage.
Oh and VIVA LA RAZA!
And there was random O'Haire again, now if they'd get their act together...
Shannon looked really small.
And the main event that wasn't was really wierd. Actually the whole lead up had been wierd. In between Brock's fake laugh, the Brock/Sable insinuations, and the Big Show cleaning up quite nicely in that suit, the wierd was very.
That's it.
Saw some men's volleyball. Which was surprisingly good. Because I mean, I'm used to seeing women's volleyball, but never seen a men's match. I intend to correct that error.
