Thanks to blood tests, at least I now know the reason I have been feeling like sleepy death for about 3 months is a vitamin D deficiency. I look forward to better living through chemistry.

(Plus at least it's not my thyroid playing up which is what I was worried about)

I am totally going to use it as an excuse to spend more time out of doors this summer. (And thanks for the reply because it reminded me to take today's dose)
